DECREE
of 19 December 2003. March 2004,
amending Decree No. 26/1989 Coll., on safety and health
at work and the safety of operations in mining activities and in the activities
by using mining techniques on the surface, as amended
The Czech mining Office lays down pursuant to § 5 para. 3 and § 6 para. 6 (a). and)
Act No. 61/1988 Coll. on mining activities, explosives and the State
Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 542/1991 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 26/1989 Coll., on safety and health at work and the
traffic safety in mining activities and in the activities carried out by the
using mining techniques on the surface, as amended by Decree No. 340/1992 Coll.,
Decree No. 8/1994 Coll., Decree No. 236/1998 Coll. and Decree No. 434/2000
Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In article 1 (1). 1, after the word "establishes" the words "in accordance with the
the law of the European communities ^ 1a) ".
Footnote 1a) is inserted:
"1a) Council Directive 92/104/EEC on minimum requirements for improving the
safety and health protection of workers in surface and underground
the mining industry ".
2. In article 2 (2). 1 a) and (b)):

3. In § 71 paragraph 2 reads as follows:

6. § 165 including title:

Article II
