The Ministry of industry and trade shall be determined according to § 150 of paragraph 1. 2 of law No.

127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and amending certain

related laws (the law on electronic communications), as amended by

Act No. 110/2007 Coll. and Act No. 153/2010 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"), to

implement section 40 para. 7 of the Act:



Article. (I)



Decree No 327/2006 Coll., laying down the characteristics of reasonable

requirements for connection at a fixed location to the public telephone network and the

access at a fixed location to publicly available telephone services and conditions

Internet access in the framework of the universal service, is amended as follows:



1. In the title of the Decree, the words "public telephone network" shall be replaced by

"public communications network".



2. § 1, including title and footnote No 1 is added:



"§ 1



Characteristics of a reasonable request for connection at a fixed location to
