The COMMUNICATION FROM the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, supplementing and correcting the Decree
Minister of Foreign Affairs No. 21/1968 Coll., on the Convention on the privileges and
immunities of international specialized agencies, approved by the General
the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York on 21. November
1947
Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that the January 6. September 1988

43 of the Convention on the privileges and immunities of international professional organizations,
approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York

I) to the United Nations food and Agriculture Organization (FAO),
(j)) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO),
k) the United Nations Industrial Development (UNIDO).
The implementation of the provisions of the Convention in relation to those organisations, in its
Article XI, section 43 has for the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
the effectiveness of day 6. September 1988.
On 26 March 2004. April 1991 has communicated to the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic
