DECREE



of 14 July 1999. July 2014,



amending Decree No. 290/2008 Coll., on animal health requirements for

aquaculture animals and products,

measures for the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic

animals, as amended by Decree No. 59/Sb.



The Ministry of agriculture lays down pursuant to § 78 of Act No. 167/1999 Coll., on the

veterinary care and amending certain related laws (health

Act), as amended by Act No. 131/2003 Coll., Act No. 316/2004 Coll., Act

No 48/2006 Coll., Act No. 182/2008 Coll., Act No. 227/2009 Coll., Act

No 308/2007 Coll., Act No. 359/2012 Coll. and Act No. 279/2013 Coll., to

the implementation of § 10 para. 3 veterinary Act:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 290/2008 Coll., on animal health requirements for animals

aquaculture and aquaculture products, arrangements for

the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals, as amended by

Decree No. 59/2013 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. At the end of footnote 1, the following sentence:



"Implementing Commission directive 2014/22/EU of 13 July. February 2014, the

amending Annex IV to Council Directive 2006/88/EC as regards contagious

salmon anaemia (ISA). ".



2. In annex 3, part II, table no. 2 "NON-EXOTIC DISEASE" column

"Contagion" in the fourth line, the words "infectious salmon anaemia (ISA)"

replaced by the words "infectious salmon anaemia (ISA): infection of the genus

Isavirus (ISAV) genotype with HPR deletions ".
