Coll., on prices, as amended, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 17

paragraph. 6 (a). e) of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and

the exercise of State administration in the energy sectors and amending certain

laws (Energy Act), as amended, issued price

decision No 2/2008 of 28 June. January 2008, amending the price

the energy regulatory authority decision No 11/2007 of 26 March.

The Energy Regulatory Office No 1/2008 of 7 November. January 1, 2008.



According to § 17 para. 10 (a). (b)) of the Energy Act published an Energy

Regulatory Office price decisions in the energy regulatory bulletin from

on 1 May 2004. in February 2008, čátce 2. That date has become the price decision

validity and effectiveness.
