amending Act No. 130/2002 Coll., on the promotion of research,

experimental development and innovation of public funds and amending

some related laws (Act on the promotion of research,

experimental development and innovation), as amended



Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



Act No. 131/2002 Coll., on the promotion of research, experimental development and

innovation of public funds and amending certain related laws

(Act on the promotion of research, experimental development and innovation), as amended by

Law No. 41/2004 Coll., Act No. 215/2004 Coll., Act No. 340/2005 Coll.

Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In § 36 odst. 3 the second sentence, the words "of the President, members of the Bureau and"

shall be deleted.



2. In paragraph 36, the following shall be added at the end of paragraph 3, the phrase "the Chairman and the members of the

4. In article 36 at the end of paragraph 7, the following sentence "the control Council Grant

individual public competitions in research, development and innovation. ".



5. In § 36a para. 4 the second sentence, the words "of the President, members of the Bureau
