ABOUT INTERNATIONAL AUXILIARY UNION.
ON BEHALF OF THE CZECHOSLOVAK REPUBLIC.

Article 1
The High Contracting Parties hereby establish the international cable Union, which will be

Article 15

Article 16

The STATUTES of the
International auxiliary Union.
Article 1
Each delegate in the General Council can have an alternate who is
present at the meetings, but has the voice of an advisory or decision-making just in
the absence of the delegate.
Representatives of the International Association for assistance or other eligible

advisers to meetings of the General Council.

Article 2
The General Council shall meet every two years at the headquarters of International auxiliary

Article 4
