DECREE



of 21 June 1999. in July 2006,



amending Decree No 166/2005 Coll., which implements certain

the provisions of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, in

as amended, in connection with the creation of the NATURA

2000



Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 3 (1). 2 and § 5 para.

7 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by law

No 218/2004 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No 166/2005 Coll., which implements certain provisions of the Act

No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended

the regulations in the context of the creation of the NATURA 2000 network, is amended

as follows:



1. Article 3 is deleted.



2. in annex No. 1, the words "Isoeto-Nanojucetea" shall be replaced by

"Of The Isoëto-Nanojuncetea".



3. in annex No. 2 of the section and the word "Colias myrnidone" word ""

replaced by the word "myrmidone".



4. In annex 2, section (B), after the word "Colias" the word "myrnidone"

replaced by the word "myrmidone".



5. Annex 3 shall be deleted.
