DECREE



The Ministry of finance from March 31. March 2000, amending Decree of the

The Ministry of finance regulation no 278/1998 Coll., to implement Act No. 58/1995

Coll., on insuring and financing export with State support and complement the

Act No. 166/1993 Coll. on the Supreme Audit Office, as amended by

amended, amended by law No. 60/1998 Coll.



The Ministry of Finance shall determine in accordance with § 4 para. 5 and 7 and § 6 para. 2, 9 and

12 of Act No. 58/1995 Coll., on insuring and financing export with State

support and supplement of Act No. 166/1993 Coll. on the Supreme Audit

the Office, in the wording of later regulations, as amended by law No 60/1998 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No 277/1998 Coll., to implement Act No. 58/1995 Coll., on

insurance and funding export with State support and supplement of the law

No 166/1993 Coll. on the Supreme Audit Office, as amended

the regulations, as amended by law No 60/1998 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. § 1, including title and footnote No. 1), 2) and (3)) shall be deleted.



2. in paragraph 2 of the first sentence, after the words "insured credits," the words "of the

the value of export credit risks contained in contracts from the active

reinsurance business and ".



3. In section 6 (1). 1 (b). (c)) is replaced with a comma at the end of a period and the following

point 6 is added:



"6. the financing of local costs in the country of residence or permanent residence

the importer required to export performance ".



4. in section 7 paragraph 2 reads as follows:



"(2) the grant of the losses during the year are provided in installments, up to a

the amount provided for in the State budget for the relevant year. Repayment of subsidies

loss for the previous period is provided in quarterly payments.

The quantification of loss subsidy shall submit to the Ministry's export Bank

the twentieth day of the month following the end of the quarter. Installment

loss for the quarter of the subsidies are provided by the 15th day of

presentation of enumerations subsidy loss. Losses in the fourth instalment of the grants

provide a deposit according to the quarter reported a preliminary fact

at the latest by 7. January of the following year. ".



5. in article 7, paragraph 4 is deleted.



Paragraphs 5 to 8 shall become paragraphs 4 to 7.



6. in section 7 paragraph 7 is added:



"(7) the Loss of the other costs that have been export Bank

proven and reasonably incurred in obtaining financial resources to

zvýhodněnému funding, is defined as the loss of other costs,

that do not have the character of general operating costs, with the exception of those

operating costs, which are incurred in obtaining financial

sources. ".



7. In § 8 para. 1, the words "in the Tariff price for the service provided, lawsuits

a. s. "shall be replaced by the words" and published in the premises of the export

Bank ".



8. In section 8 paragraph 1. 5, the word "their" is replaced by the word "its".



9. Annex 1 shall be deleted.



Article II



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
