DECREE



of 25 June 2002. February 2009,



amending Decree No 289/2007 Coll., laying down animal health and public health requirements

requirements for animal products, which are not regulated directly

the applicable provisions of the European communities



The Ministry of agriculture lays down pursuant to § 78 of Act No. 167/1999 Coll., on the

veterinary care and amending certain related laws (health

Act), as amended by Act No. 131/2003 Coll., Act No. 316/2004 Coll., Act

No 48/2006 Coll. and Act No. 182/2008 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") to perform

§ 24 para. 2 (a). and), § 27a para. 5 and § 27b para. 7 (b). a), b) and (c))

the law:



Article. (I)



This Decree was notified in accordance with the directive of the European Parliament

and Directive 98/34/EC of 22 December 2004. June 1998 on the procedure for the provision of information

in the field of technical standards and regulations and of rules on information

the company, as amended by Directive 98/48/EC.



Article. (II)

Of the European communities, is hereby amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 1 (c)):



"(c)) the animal health requirements applicable to equipment for keeping the bodies of hunted freely

wild game, ".



2. in section 1, letter h) is added:



"h) veterinary and hygiene rules for the sale and delivery of small

quantities of primary products, and for the treatment of these

products, and what is meant by this small amount, ".



3. In paragraph 1, at the end of the letter l) dot is replaced by a comma and the following

the letter m) is added:



"m) the manner and extent of the investigation bodies of hunted wild game and leadership

records of the trained person, veterinary and hygiene rules for sale

and the supply of small quantities of wild game carcases and for

dealing with them, and what is meant by this small quantity. ".



4. section 5, including the title and a footnote 4 is added:



"§ 5



Device for keeping the bodies of hunted wild game



Device for keeping the bodies of hunted wild game that sells

or supplies the body of wild game under section 27b para. 1 of the law

or supplies the body of wild game to waste

handling establishment ^ 4), must be registered and must meet the requirements

laid down in annex I to the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No.

852/2004.



4) paragraph 1.18 of annex I to regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No.

853/2004 of 29 April 2004. April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs, as amended. ".



5. in section 9, paragraph 2 reads as follows:



"(2) the animal health certificate which is issued by an official veterinarian of the

6. in section 11 is added to § 11a, which including the title and notes

line no. 5a is added:



"§ 11a



Fish and other aquaculture animals



For a small amount of live fish and other animals originating from

aquaculture, intended for direct sale to one final

of aquaculture animals, which corresponds to the usual daily

consumption of these live fish and other animals originating from

aquaculture in the home of the consumer.

7. § 12 para. 1 at the end of subparagraph (b)), the words "pattern

8. In article 12, paragraph 2, the following paragraphs 3 to 5, including

footnote # 6a:

9. under section 12, the following paragraph 12a is inserted:



"§ 12a



(1) the trained person performs the examination bodies, which shall be assessed

nutritional status, the surface of the body, especially with regard to the occurrence of major changes

on the skin and hair caused by ectoparasites, inflammatory changes in the skin and

injury being bitten, and Furthermore, in the case of:

lining of the body cavities, internal organs, flesh, and on his head, in particular,

in annex 5 of this Ordinance. ".



10. in article 13, paragraph 1 reads:



"(1) a keeper may sell in small quantities with the consent of the County

Veterinary Administration of raw, untreated milk and raw mlékárensky

the cream in the place of production to the final consumer for consumption in its

home. ".



11. In article 13, paragraph 4 shall be deleted.



Paragraphs 5 to 7 shall become paragraphs 4 to 6.



12. in section 13 paragraph 6 is added:



"(6) with a small amount of raw, untreated milk and raw mlékárensky

cream intended for direct sale to the final consumer, the one

considers such quantities of raw milk or raw cream,

that corresponds to the typical daily consumption of milk in the home ^ 9)

of the consumer. ".



13. in section 17(2). 2, the words "including offal ' shall be deleted.



14. in § 25 para. 3 the words "(a). (c)) "shall be replaced by" subparagraph (a). (b)) ".



15. in section 26 para. 1, letter a) is repealed.



Subparagraph (b)), and (c)) shall become letters and) and (b)).



16. in section 26 para. 1 (b). and point 1, the words) "referred to in paragraph 1

(a). a), "be deleted.



17. in section 26 para. 1 (b). and) point 2, the words "referred to in paragraph 1

(a). a), "be deleted.



18. in section 26 para. 2, after the words "paragraph 1", the words "(a). and) "and

the words "including offal" shall be deleted.



19. in section 26 para. 3 the words "(a). (c)) "shall be replaced by" subparagraph (a). (b)) ".



20. in section 28 para. 1, letter a) is repealed.



Subparagraph (b)), and (c)) shall become letters and) and (b)).



21. in section 28 para. 1 (b). and point 1, the words) "referred to in paragraph 1

(a). a), "be deleted.



22. in section 28 para. 1 (b). and) point 2, the words "referred to in paragraph 1
