GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 26 March. October 2009



on the definition of the area of České Budějovice Bird ponds



Government orders under section 45e para. 1 and 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the

nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 222/2004 Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) the Bird area of České Budějovice ponds (hereinafter referred to as "bird

area ").



(2) the subject of the protection of the bird areas are population kvakoše the night

(Nycticorax nycticorax), tern (Sterna hirundo) General, the Nightingale

the rare (Luscinia svecica), geese (Anser Anser) and urticaria General

(Anas strepera) and their habitats.



(3) the objective of the protection of the bird's range is the conservation and restoration of ecosystems

relevant for the species of birds referred to in paragraph 2 in their natural range

enlargement and ensure the conditions for the conservation of these species in

a favourable State of conservation.



§ 2



The definition of a bird area



(1) the bird area is situated on the territory of the South Bohemia region in the land registry

territories Bavorovice, Břehov, Čejkovice in Hluboká nad Vltavou, Czech

Budějovice 2, Czech Vrbné, Češnovice, Haklovy, Village, Dasný Dvory

Hluboká nad Vltavou, a village in Jaronice, Germany, for the doctor, Lhota,

Mahouš, small Chrášťany, Ammo, at Coordinates Dívčic, Mydlovary, Němčice u

Designer, Pašice, Pištín Olešník, Plástovice, Sedlec, Czech

Budějovice, Zliv Tupesy, Vlhlavy and near České Budějovice.



(2) the territorial definition and description of the boundary of the bird area are contained in the

Annex 1 to this regulation, the indicative graphical representation of the bird

the area is contained in annex 2 to this regulation.



(3) the maps in the scale 1:25, 000, which is drawn together territories

the bird's range, are stored in the central list of nature protection ^ 1) and in

electronic form on the Ministry of the environment, the Regional Office

South Bohemian region and the municipal offices of municipalities with extended powers, in

the administrative district with bird area is located.



§ 3



Activities, which are subject to the consent of the environmental protection authority



(1) Only with the prior consent of the competent authority for nature protection ^ 2)

can be used in areas outside of the bird at the built-up areas of municipalities and stoppable

the area of the municipalities of ^ 3),

Zlivský a condition applies only to the water surface and coastal

(2) the prior approval of the environmental protection authority need not be

Annex 1



The territorial delimitation and description of the boundaries of the area of České Budějovice Bird ponds



From the railway station in Dívčicích border after border circuit track

the direction of Protivín. Approximately 130 m before the municipalities at the point of crossing Dubenec

No. II/122. From here the boundary runs along a tributary of the South-East, passes under the

Road No. II/122 and continues towards pond Large Coordinates. Here

is transferred to the water flow Olešník North of the pond and it is tapped in the right

angle to the East. The border runs against the flow to the point where the flow crosses the field

path. Here the boundary turns at a right angle to the North and runs along the dirt road

until its mouth on the road Nákří-Olešník. From here the boundary after

the road towards Olešník. In a place where the road intersects with liquid

inflow from the northeast from the village it passes Very, and continues

the South-South-West, after about 500 metres to the West and then turns

along the southeastern shore of the pond still Coordinates after the downstream

getting on the road Dívčice-Mydlovary. From here the boundary after this

the road towards Mydlovary and after about 200 metres to the intersection of

getting on the road leading to the village of Zbudov. Along this road the boundary

exceeds the rail siding and after 200 metres to the intersection of leaves

the road continues in a straight line to the South and a dirt road toward the

the railway station Zbudov. From there the Boundary continues along the border of the circuit

the runway in the direction of České Budějovice to the crossing with road No. II/105 u

Bavorovic. Here goes on the road and points directly to the South,

overcomes the crossing with road E49 and later Dehtářský potok. After 120

m leaves the road II/105 and short road clutch is getting

diverts the line New pond břehová Suresh Vaishnav. After the Bank line to

the dam between the ponds New Suresh Vaishnav and Domin. Passes on this dam and leads

the South-East. After about 100 meters, passes to the minor watercourse

that it crosses, and after this the downstream continues in a Southwest direction along the

the southeastern shore of the pond Domin. Near the dividing of the dam between the ponds

Domin and Černiš passes to the watercourse flows from the Southeast and against

stream streams leads South-East. After approximately 350 metres is transferred to the field

the path that crosses it and runs concurrently south-easterly direction. After this

the road is getting on the communication of the enclosing in North-South direction from the

the Western side of the settlement Vltava in České Budějovice. After this

communication is directed directly south of the border. After approx. 550 meters passing the course

on the eastern side of the communication. At the end of the field for the dimension of the 387 border

the straight line to the Southwest over a former military training ground on the crossing of the field

the path leading from the East side to the ponds and Large Mladohaklovský

Vávrovský and street e. Rošického, bounding from the north side of the settlement

Máj in České Budějovice. From here the boundary West of E Street.

Vitín and Nuzov around the ponds up to the village of Germany. Passes through the village and

getting on the road in Křenovice-Čejkovice, which follows up on the

the intersection with road Jaronice-České Budějovice. This road leads

in the direction of Jaronice to the downstream on the right approx. 400 meters before the

municipalities. From there the boundary passes to the watercourse and this leads directly to the North, where

Němčického forest on the Western side of the road, which passes on the edge of the forest,

which copies the West. On the westernmost edge of the forest

the crop passes on a dirt path that results in Hostěradice, near the Church

the road passes through the Centre of the village on the road towards Mahouš. After this

the road leads to the village Mahouš up to the point where just before the municipalities from right to

(from the West) at a sharp angle connects the dirt road that passes.

Mahouš to Vlhlavského pond, and continues North to Pištínskému

the stream to which it is transferred. From there it runs along the Pištínského stream flow

East to the border of the cadastre of the pond on the left (Northern)

side. Passes on this boundary, and North of it, and then copies the

Southeast to the village Vlhlavy. Additionally, the boundary runs along the road Vlhlavy-

Plástovice up to crossing this road with road E49, on which

passes. The road leads Northwest through the village of E49 Sedlec-on

the intersection of the road Podeřiště-Novosedly in New Pubs. Here the boundaries

it veers to the right (Northwest) and leads along the road No. II/122 in the direction of

A village. In a place where the road II/122 diverts from the bottom of the pond,

After the unpaved road continues North of the pond to the East up to the

the northern edge of the dam. Here he leaves the path and continues to the East

fencing of the agricultural area, which bypasses from South, East and

a dirt road leads directly to the North of road No. II/122. In Dívčicích, in the

the place where the road crosses the railway line České Budějovice-Protivín,
