DECREE
of 12 October. November 2012,
amending Decree No. 433/2009 Coll. on the method of submission, form and
elements of the statements of the insurance and reinsurance undertakings, as amended by Decree No.
359/2010 Sb.
The Czech National Bank sets according to § 136 paragraph. 1 (b). r) Law No.
277/2009 Coll., on insurance, and pursuant to section 110 of paragraph 1. 1 of law No.
426/2007 Coll., on pension savings, for the implementation of § 24 para. 1 of this
the law:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 433/2009 Coll. on the method of submission, form and terms
statements of the insurance and reinsurance undertakings, as amended by Decree No. 359/2010 Coll., shall
be amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1, at the end of the letter h) dot is replaced by a comma and the following
the letter i), which read as follows:
"i) scope, form and deadline for the submission of reports on the operation of
insurance income pursuant to § 24 para. 1 of law no 428/2007 Coll.
retirement savings. ".
2. In article 3, paragraph 3. 1 (b). (c)), the word "apply" shall be replaced by
"apply".
3. In paragraph 3, at the end of paragraph 1, the period is replaced by a comma and the following
the letter e), which reads as follows:
"e) annually and be submitted within 45 calendar days after the end of the reference
the calendar year to which it relates, the statement ACKNOWLEDGED (CNB) 30-01 "is selected
indicators for the life insurance industry with respect to the length of the human

4. In section 5, the dot at the end of paragraph 1 is replaced by a comma and the following
the letter e), which reads as follows:

5. In paragraph 7, at the end of subparagraph (b)) the dot replaces the comma and the following

the insurance industry, in the distribution by type of income. Each of the types of pensions
are referred to in § 18 para. 1 of the law on pension savings.
