GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 27 June. October 2004,



outlining the Bird area Rožďalovické ponds



Government orders under section 45e para. 1 and 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the

nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 222/2004 Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) the Bird area Rožďalovické ponds (hereinafter referred to as "bird

area ").



(2) the subject of the protection of the bird areas are population reel henchman

(3) the objective of the protection of the bird's range is the conservation and restoration of ecosystems

relevant for the species of birds referred to in paragraph 2 in their natural range

§ 2



The definition of a bird area



(1) the bird area is situated on the territory of the Bohemian and the Hradec Králové

the County in cadastral areas Běchary, Brodek, Břístev, Budčeves,

Činěves, Dymokury, Hasani, Cholenice, Chotěšice, Kopidlno, Křešice u

Psinic, Ledečky, Chotěšic, Malá Strana in Městec Králové, Mlýnec u

Kopidlna, the Dymokur Necas, Nouzov, Nové Zámky, Podolí in Rožďalovic,

Derby, Dymokur, vineyards in Świdnica for Městce Kings, Záhornice u

§ 3
