REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT
of 7 June. December 2005,
amending Government Decree No. 242/2004 Coll., on conditions for the implementation of the
measures to promote the development of non-productive functions of agriculture
consisting in the protection of the environment (on the implementation of
agri-environmental measures), as amended
The Government ordered pursuant to section 2 c of paragraph 1. 5 and 6 of the law No. 252/1997 SB., about
Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 85/2004 Coll., to implement section 2 c of paragraph 1. 2
(a). (b)) of this Act:
Article. (I)
Regulation of the Government No. 242/2004 Coll., on conditions for the implementation of measures to
support the development of non-productive functions of agriculture, consisting of
the protection of the environment (on the implementation of agri-environment
measures), as amended by regulation of the Government No. 542/2004 Coll. and Decree-Law No.
119/2005 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In section 3, at the end of paragraph 6, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following
the letter d), which read:
"(d)) in the request for the inclusion, in the case of agri-environment measures under section
2 (2). 1 (a). (b)), to reduce the assessment of the soil block, or his work
or discard the soil block, or its part, if such a change

2. In article 5 (3). 1 the first sentence, the words "paragraph 6" shall be replaced by the words "points 4
up to 6 ".
3. In section 5 (3). 1, the second sentence shall be deleted.

paragraph. 1 (a). (c)) 3.0 ' deleted.
5. In section 5 (3). 4, the words "paragraph 1, 2, 4, or 5" shall be replaced by "paragraph 1
or 2 ".
6. In section 5 (3). 5 at the end of letters) to e), the word "or" shall be deleted and for the
letter e), the following new subparagraph (f)), including footnotes
No 12b is inserted:
"(f) the establishment of the structures in the public) interest ^ 12b), or
12B) § 108 et seq.. Act No. 50/1976 Coll., on zoning and planning
building code (the building Act), as amended. ".
Letter f) is renumbered as paragraph (g)).
7. In section 5 (3). 5 (a). g), the words "and to (e)))" shall be replaced by the words "and)
(f)) ".
8. In section 5, paragraph 9, including a footnote No 14:
"(9) If, in the course of the relevant five-year period the applicant
to reduce the acreage of agricultural land, which is within the
Agri-environment measures provided by the subsidy, as a result of the transfer,
the lease or sale of part of or the whole enterprise ^ 14), reduction,

15. In section 6 paragraph 7, including footnote No. 15b:

16. In section 6 shall be added to paragraph 8 and 9 shall be added:
"(8) in the application for the granting of subsidies for the calendar year of the applicant
whether in the relevant calendar year or part of the acts of the horse;
