DECREE
from day 1. December 2004,
amending Decree No. 177/1996 Coll., on the remuneration of lawyers and
compensation lawyers for provision of legal services (lawyer's tariff), in
as amended
The Justice Department determined in accordance with section 22 paragraph 1. 2 of Act No. 85/1996
Coll., on the legal profession, as amended:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 177/1996 Coll., on the remuneration of lawyers and lawyers for refunds
provision of legal services (lawyer's tariff), as amended by Decree No.
235/1997 Coll., Act No. 484/2000 Coll. and Decree No. 68/2003 Coll.,
be amended as follows:
1. In section 10, paragraph 1. 1, after the words "the provincial offences Act", the words "or of the
other administrative offences ".
2. in section 10, the following new section 10a, including footnote # 1a
added:
"§ 10a
In the performance of functions of a guardian of a child under a special legal regulation
governing the judiciary in matters of youth "^ 1a) shall be construed as tariff
the value of the amounts listed in section 10, paragraph 1. 3. It is based on the criminal
the rates that would apply if the perpetrator was criminally
responsible.

THE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF THE PAYER OF VALUE ADDED TAX
§ 14a
(1) a lawyer who is the payer of value added tax, shall submit to the Court
or any other authority, for which it applies for this reason, an increase in remuneration
and refunds under special legislation ^ 3), a certificate of registration

Article II
