DECREE



of 16 December 2002. February 2009,



amending Decree No. 466/2006 Coll., on flight safety standard



The Ministry of transport shall be determined according to § 22a para. 1 of Act No. 49/1997 Coll.,

on Civil Aviation, and amending and supplementing Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on the

trades (Trade Act), as amended

the regulations, as amended by Act No. 225/2006 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 466/2006 Coll., on flight safety standard is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 1, at the beginning of subparagraph (a)), the words "building on the right

applicable law of the European Communities ' ^ 1 ') ".

2. section 2 including the title reads as follows:



"§ 2



Basic concepts



For the purposes of part two of this order means

The requirements on rest



(1) If a minimum rest period provided for directly applicable

legal regulation of the European communities "^ 1") is determined by the length of the previous

going outside the home base, a crew member of an aircraft in

accordance with the directly applicable European legislation

22. in paragraph 12 (a). a), the words "base abroad" shall be replaced by

23. in paragraph 12 (a). a), (b)), and (c)), the words "home" and "home"

replaced by the words "mother" and "mother".



24. in article 13, the following paragraph 5 is added:



"(5) with the consent of the Member of the crew of the aircraft, and the conditions are met.

Article. (II)



This Decree shall take effect on the first day of the month following the date on

its publication.
