DECREE
of 16 December 2002. February 2009,
amending Decree No. 466/2006 Coll., on flight safety standard
The Ministry of transport shall be determined according to § 22a para. 1 of Act No. 49/1997 Coll.,
on Civil Aviation, and amending and supplementing Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on the
trades (Trade Act), as amended
the regulations, as amended by Act No. 225/2006 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 466/2006 Coll., on flight safety standard is amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1, at the beginning of subparagraph (a)), the words "building on the right
applicable law of the European Communities ' ^ 1 ') ".

2. section 2 including the title reads as follows:
"§ 2
Basic concepts
For the purposes of part two of this order means
and) time difference the time offset between the two time zones according to
winter time,
(b)) a member of the flight crew, the pilot boarding techniques and air Navigator,
designed for service in an airplane during flight time
(c)) is a member of the crew member of the flight crew and cabin crew,

3. in the introductory part of section 3 (2). 1 at the end of the sentence following the word
"at least".
4. In article 3, paragraph 3. 1 (b). (c)), the word "transportation" is replaced by "time
local move into space an appropriate accommodation and back ".
5. In section 3, paragraph 3. 1, the following point (d)) the following point (e)), which read as follows:
"e) for poletové activities".
Subparagraph e) to (g)) are known as the letters f) to (h)).
6. in section 3, paragraph 2 reads as follows:
"(2) an air carrier shall determine the time poletové activities after the end of
the last flight of the service according to the type of aircraft and type of operation.
Poletovou activities means any action provided for in the approved Operational
Manual of the air carrier. The length of time the activity is at least poletové
30 minutes. ".
7. In paragraph 3, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) with the consent of the Member of the crew of the aircraft, and the conditions are met.

8. section 4, including the title reads as follows:
"§ 4
The total flight time
Regardless of the maximum range of the total flight time by directly

13. in section 5, paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 shall be deleted.
14. section 6, including the title.
15. in section 7 (2). 1 (b). (c)), the words "transit time in both directions between
the place of performance of the service and place a suitable property "shall be replaced by" time

16. in section 7 (2). 2, the words "and double the crew" are replaced by
the words "modified in section 8 and 9".
17. In article 8, paragraph 2 shall be deleted.
Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall become paragraphs 2 and 3.
18. in section 9, paragraph 1 reads:

"section 11
The requirements on rest
(1) If a minimum rest period provided for directly applicable
legal regulation of the European communities "^ 1") is determined by the length of the previous
service, this time for a period of partial rest, if it was
the previous single service.
(2) in the event that the service is initiated, at least for 5 days in a row
going outside the home base, a crew member of an aircraft in
accordance with the directly applicable European legislation
Community ^ 1) relaxation in the same length as in the event that the service is
initiated on the breast of the airport.
(3) If a member of the flight crew during a partial rest assured
suitable accommodation with the possibility to rest in bed for at least 8 hours,
the partial relaxation time for the purposes of determining the rest
does not count.
(4) the air carrier will extend the rest period for a period of time

22. in paragraph 12 (a). a), the words "base abroad" shall be replaced by
"another base".
23. in paragraph 12 (a). a), (b)), and (c)), the words "home" and "home"
replaced by the words "mother" and "mother".
24. in article 13, the following paragraph 5 is added:
"(5) with the consent of the Member of the crew of the aircraft, and the conditions are met.

25. in § 14 para. 1 (b). (b)), the word "basic" is deleted.

28. in § 14 para. 4, the number "4" is replaced by "3".
Article. (II)
This Decree shall take effect on the first day of the month following the date on
its publication.
