Ministry of Foreign Affairs



Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that on 21 February 2006. October 1998 was in

Asunción signed agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government

The Republic of Paraguay on the abolition of visa requirements for holders of

diplomatic and service passports of the Czech Republic and for the holder

diplomatic and official passports of the Republic of Paraguay.



Agreement entered into force, pursuant to article 8 of 10 March. September

1999.



The Czech version of the agreement shall be published at the same time.



The agreement



between the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the Republic of Paraguay on the abolition of

the visa requirement for holders of diplomatic and service passports of the Czech

States and for holders of diplomatic and official passports of Paraguay

of the Republic of



The Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the Republic of Paraguay (hereinafter referred to as "the Contracting

Parties "), in an effort to consolidate the friendly relations between the two States have agreed

as follows:



Article 1



1. the citizens of the United States, holders of valid diplomatic and

service passports, can enter the territory of the Republic of Paraguay, and

stay there for a period of ninety (90) days without a visa.



2. citizens of the Republic of Paraguay, holders of valid diplomatic and

official passports may enter the territory of the Czech Republic and stay there

Article 2



1. the citizens of the Czech Republic, the holders of diplomatic and service passports,

who are members of a diplomatic mission or consular post of the Czech

Republic on the territory of the Republic of Paraguay, may stay in the territory of

The Republic of Paraguay for a period of allocation without a visa.



Family members who are living with these people in the same household

and they are citizens of the United States, during the period of service may

allocation, are themselves holders of diplomatic and service passports,

reside in the territory of the Republic of Paraguay without a visa.



2. citizens of the Republic of Paraguay, the holders of diplomatic and official

passports, who are members of a diplomatic mission or consular post

Article 3 of the

of the parties on all border crossings designated for international

travel.



Article 4 of the



The citizens of the States of both Contracting Parties are obliged to respect the laws and

regulations regarding entry, stay in and departure from the State of the second

Article 5



This agreement shall not prejudice the right of the competent authorities of each Contracting

Article 6 of the

Article 7 of the

2. In the case of changes in the passports, the Contracting Parties shall send their new

not later than 30 (thirty) days prior to their introduction.



Article 8 of the



This agreement shall enter into force on the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of

Exchange of notes in which the Contracting Parties notify each other that they have complied with

the national conditions for its entry into force.



Article 9



This agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. Each of the Contracting Parties, it

in writing through the diplomatic channel. Force of this agreement

ends on the expiry of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the written notice of termination

the other Contracting Party.



Done at Asunción on 21 February 2006. October 1998 in two original copies,

every in Czech and Spanish, both texts being equally

force.
