GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 March. December 2014,
amending Government Decree No 565/2006 Coll., on salaries
soldiers of the profession, as amended
The Government directs pursuant to § 23 para. 1 (b). (b)) of the Act No. 143/1992 Coll., on the
salary and remuneration for stand-by duty in the budget and, in some
other organisations and bodies, as amended by law No 40/1994 Coll.
Act No. 217/2000 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Cabinet regulations No 565/2006 Coll., on salaries of soldiers by profession,
as amended by Decree-Law No 336/2007 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 131/2008
Coll., regulation of the Government No. 131/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 134/2009 Coll.,
Government Regulation No. 200/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 376/2010 Coll.,
Government Regulation No. 45/2007 Coll. and regulation of the Government No. 225/2014 Coll., is amended
as follows:
1. in § 5 para. 2 and 4, the number "5" shall be replaced by the number "6".
2. In paragraph 6 of paragraph 1 the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) a soldier, that is not listed in paragraphs 4 and 6, the senior
the listed provider of health services that is not listed in the
paragraph 3, it is for a salary under the scale pay fare
fares listed in annex 2 to this regulation. ".
Paragraphs 2 to 5 shall become paragraphs 3 to 6.
3. In section 6 (1). 3, the number "2" is replaced by "3" and "4" are
replaced by the number "5".
4. In article 6 (1). 4, the number "3" by "4" and the number "5"
replaced by the number "6".
5. In article 6 (1). 5 with the number "4" is replaced by "5".
6. In article 6 (1). 6 is the number "5" shall be replaced by the number "6".
7. In paragraph 9, the number "6" is replaced by "7".
8. After annex No 1, the following new Appendix 2 is added:
"Annex 2 to the Government Regulation No 565/2006 Sb.
Pay scale based on grades and salary grade for
professional soldiers referred to in § 6 (1). 2

The effectiveness of the
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2015.
