The Government directs pursuant to § 17 para. 2 and 4 and § 107 para. 2 of law No.

155/1995 Coll., on pension insurance, as amended by Act No. 138/1997 Coll. and

Law No. 289/1997:



§ 1



The above general assessment base for 1999 amounts to $ 12 655.



§ 2



The amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment

the basis for the year 1999 is 1.0620.



§ 3



The amount for determining the calculation basis referred to in section 15 of Act No.

155/1995 Coll. and recently increased the Government Ordinance No. 222/1999 Coll.,

adjusted as follows:

§ 4
