The DECREE



of 12 June. October 2006,



amending the Decree of the Ministry of health no. 490/2000 Coll., on the

the range of knowledge and other conditions to gain proficiency in the

some of the fields of the protection of public health



The Ministry of health provides under section 108, paragraph. 1 of law No.

258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and amendment to certain

related laws, as amended by Act No. 274/2001 Coll., Act No.

320/2002 Coll., Act No. 274/2003 Coll., Act No. 392/2005 Coll. and act

No 222/2006 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") for the implementation of § 19 paragraph. 3, § 59

paragraph. 2, § 60 paragraph. 1 and 3 and section 83e paragraph. 2 of the Act:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 490/2000 Coll., on the extent of knowledge and other conditions to

acquisition of expertise in certain fields of the protection of public

health, is hereby amended as follows:

replaced by the words "§ 58 paragraph. 1 to 3 "and at the end the following text

5. In article 7 (2). 3, the word "district" shall be replaced by the word "County".



6. Footnote 1 is added:

7. section 8 and 9 are deleted.



8. section 11 is added:

The test of professional competence to carry out the assessment of health risks



(1) a test of the knowledge necessary to carry out the assessment of health risks

questions. The test is open to the public.



(2) Test, the Commission established the proficiency test to obtain the

Article II



The transitional provisions of the

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005. November 2006, with the exception of point

15, which shall take effect on 1 January 2005. February 2007.
