DECREE
of 16 December 2002. in May 2006,
amending Decree No. 197/2004 Coll., for the implementation of Act No 99/2004
Coll., on fish farming, the performance of the fishing rights, Fisheries Guard, protection
marine fishery resources and on amendments to certain acts (the Act on
fisheries)
The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 32 of Act No 99/2004 Coll., on
fish farming, the performance of the fishing rights, Fisheries Guard, protection
marine fishery resources and on amendments to certain acts (the Act on
the fishing industry):
Article. (I)
Decree No. 197/2004 Coll., for the implementation of Act No 99/2004 Coll., on
fish farming, the performance of the fishing rights, Fisheries Guard, protection
marine fishery resources and on amendments to certain acts (the Act on
the fishing industry) is amended as follows:
1. In article 3, paragraph 3. 1 the words "and the specimens ' are deleted.
2. In article 3, after paragraph 1, insert a new paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) for the purposes of salmonid fish of this order shall be deemed as well as Grayling
podhorní (Thymallus Thymallus). ".
Paragraphs 2 and 3 shall become paragraphs 3 and 4.
3. In article 3, paragraph 3. 3 the words "is consisted of obstacles or technical

shall be replaced by the words "previously issued".
10. In section 10 paragraph 6 is added:
"(6) aliens shall be issued fishing ticket, if it is proven
and the previously issued ticket for fishing),
(b)) other document certifying that the holder has been fishing

(c) a certificate of qualification obtained) in accordance with paragraph 3, or
d) fishing ticket, or equivalent license, issued in the Member State

11. In article 11 (1) 2 (a). m) and para. 3 (b). (j)), the word "O."
replaced by the word "Oncorhynchus".
12. § 12 including title and a footnote 4 is added:

13. in § 13 para. 2 (a). and (3) the words of) "(Barbus

14. in article 13, paragraph 3 as follows:

15. in article 14, paragraph 3 reads:

16. in § 14 para. 4, the first sentence shall be deleted and in the third sentence, the word
"boat" shall be replaced by "vessel".
17. in article 16, paragraph 1 reads:
' (1) in the mimopstruhovém fishing-grounds is permitted hunting:

18. In article 16, paragraphs 2 to 4 shall be deleted.

replaced by the words "in paragraph 2" and the words "and specimens or their combination"
shall be deleted.
20. In article 16(1). 4 the second sentence, the words "in paragraphs 5 and 6" shall be replaced by
the words "in paragraphs 2 and 3."
21. in section 17(2). 1, předvětí the words "fish salmonids and specimens"

22. in section 17(2). 1 letter c) is added:
"(c)) in the case of hunting other fish than salmonids is permitted

23. in section 17, paragraphs 2 and 3 and paragraphs 5 to 7 shall be deleted.
The current paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 2 and paragraphs 8

24. in § 17 paragraph 2 reads as follows:

Allowed methods of hunting, the technical means to hunt and how to
their use when fishing in the fishing-grounds.
I. permitted methods of fishing rod

This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. in July 2006, with the exception of
the provisions of article. I, points 1, 2, 12, 14, 15, 17 to 26 and 28, which shall take
