PART THE FIRST



INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS



§ 1

§ 3

§ 5

h) anticipated usage area of the nuclear device, or

the workplace after their service in accordance with spatial planning

documentation.



§ 6



Their eviction

nuclear safety, radiation protection, emergency preparedness and

THE EXTENT AND THE WAY OF PERFORMING THE DOCUMENTATION RELATING TO THE DECOMMISSIONING OF



§ 7



The scope and method of execution documentation



(1) documentation relating to the decommissioning of a nuclear installation or

workplaces must be handled with regard to status, and operational history

nuclear equipment or workplace. Design method of decommissioning of nuclear

§ 8

radiological risks, and the estimation of the impacts of activities on workers reject

(h) organizational preparation and proposal) staffing decommissioning,

§ 9
