Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:

Amendment of the Act on the Czech Medical Chamber, the Czech dental Chamber and

Czech pharmacy Chamber



Article. (II)



Act No. 220/1991 Coll., on the Czech Medical Chamber, the Czech dental

Act No. 285/2002 is amended as follows:

"§ 6a

To change the law on the paramedical professions



Article. (III)



Law No. 96/2004 Coll., on conditions for the acquisition and recognition of eligibility for

the exercise of paramedical professions and to pursue activities

related to the provision of health care and on amendments to certain

related laws (the law on the paramedical professions),

as amended by law No 125/2005 is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 4, at the end of paragraph 4, the following sentence including notes

footnote 7a is inserted: "professional supervision may be exercised also a physician, dental

doctor or pharmacist in the scope of their competence to perform the medical

the profession; the scope of these activities lays down detailed legal prescription ^ 7a).
