about how to update the dial countries (CZEM)
The Czech Statistical Office pursuant to § 7 para. 2 of Act No. 89/1995 Coll., on
the national statistical service, to announce with effect from 1. July 2012
update the dial countries (CZEM) issued by the communication of the Czech
the Statistical Office no 489/2003 of 18 June 2003. December 2003 and
the updated notices no 534/2006 of 27 June 2006 November 2006, no.
394/2010 Coll., of 14 July. December 2010, no. 167/2006 of 13 December.
June 2011 and no 361/2006 of 22 September 2006 November 2011.
Subject update is taking into account the changes in the international standard ISO
3166-1, which publishes on its website the International Organization for
Standardization (ISO), and the introduction of Czech country names recommended for use
Názvoslovnou by the Commission of the Czech Office of cadastral and land measurements. Changes
are listed in the annex to this communication.
Valid text of the updated Dial countries (CZEM) will be available on the
