GOVERNMENT REGULATION



from day 4. June 13, 2007



on the definition of a bird area status-Oder Hermansky-Poolší



Government orders under section 45e para. 1 and 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the

nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 222/2004 Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) the Bird area Heřmanský State-Odra-Poolší (hereinafter referred to as

"bird range").



(2) the subject of the protection of the bird's stocks are bukáčka small area

(Ixobrychus minutus), common Kingfisher (Alcedo atthis) and Nightingale

the rare (Luscinia svecica) and their habitats.



(3) the objective of the protection of the bird's range is the conservation and restoration of ecosystems

relevant for the species of birds referred to in paragraph 2 in their natural range

enlargement and ensure the conditions for the conservation of these species in

a favourable State of conservation.



§ 2



The definition of a bird area



(1) the bird area is situated on the territory of the Moravian-Silesian region in the

cadastral areas, Dětmarovice Dolní Lutyně, Heřmanice, top

Sun Club superior, Hrušov, Koblov, Kopytov, Koukolná, new Bohumín, Petrovice u

Karviná, Orlová, Poruba u Pudlov, Mount Pleasant, after the old town at

Old Bohumín, Karviná, Šilheřovice, Věřňovice, Vrbice nad Odrou,

Záblatí in Bohumín and the failure of alders.



(2) the territorial definition and description of the boundary of the bird area are contained in the

Annex 1 to this regulation, the indicative graphical representation of the bird

§ 3



Activities, which are subject to the consent of the environmental protection authority



(1) Only with the prior consent of the competent authority for nature protection ^ 1)

The territorial delimitation and description of the boundary of the bird area status-Odra-Hermansky

Poolší



From the border stone No. III/353 near places where the flow of the Petrůvka
