GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 29 April 2004. September 2005



to increase the supplements to retirement in 2006



The Government ordered pursuant to section 8 of Act No. 198/1993 Coll., on the illegality of the

No 357/2005 Coll., on the evaluation of the participants of the national struggle for the emergence and

the liberation of Czechoslovakia and some of the survivors, on the Special

and amending certain acts:



§ 1



(1) a pension in accordance with the Government Regulation No 622/2004 Coll., on

the granting of a supplement to the pension to alleviate some of the grievances caused by

the Communist regime in the area of social, as amended by Decree-Law No.

405/2005 Coll., and Act No. 361/2005 Coll., on the evaluation of the participants

the national struggle for the liberation of Czechoslovakia and the formation and some

survivors after them, a special supplement to the pension of certain persons, about

a one off cash amount to some participants in the national struggle for

exemption from 1939 to 1945 and amendment to certain laws (hereinafter referred to as

the "surcharge") granted before 1. in January 2006, will be increased by 4.9% of the amount

the surcharge, which belongs to the date from which the surcharge increases.

Charges are increased from pension payments, which are paid, payable

after 31 December 2006. December 2005.

§ 2



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2006.
