464/1990 Coll. the DECREE of the Ministry of Environment of the Czech Republic dated 29 October 1990 establishing the protected area Litovelské Pomoraví Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic set out in the agreement with the central government authorities in accordance with § 8 par. 2 of Law No. 40/1956 Coll., On state Protection of Nature (hereinafter the "Act") § 1 The area defined in Annex 1 to this Order are designated as protected natural area Litovelské Pomoraví (the " Area "). section 2 (1) The purpose of the ordinance is to protect and gradual restoration of the landscape values, its appearance and its typical characters and creating and developing environmentally optimal system multipurpose use of land and natural resources in the area. (2) The distinctive features of the area include, in particular its surface formation, including ponds and streams, its vegetation cover and wild fauna, layout and utilization of forest and agricultural land and in relation to the well spacing and urban structure of settlements and local area folk character. § 3 (1) of the Protection and use of land and natural resources are differentiated according to the division of the area into four zones defined with respect this natural values.
