464/1990 Coll. the DECREE of the Ministry of Environment of the Czech Republic dated 29 October 1990 establishing the protected area Litovelské Pomoraví Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic set out in the agreement with the central government authorities in accordance with § 8 par. 2 of Law No. 40/1956 Coll., On state Protection of Nature (hereinafter the "Act") § 1 The area defined in Annex 1 to this Order are designated as protected natural area Litovelské Pomoraví (the " Area "). section 2 (1) The purpose of the ordinance is to protect and gradual restoration of the landscape values, its appearance and its typical characters and creating and developing environmentally optimal system multipurpose use of land and natural resources in the area. (2) The distinctive features of the area include, in particular its surface formation, including ponds and streams, its vegetation cover and wild fauna, layout and utilization of forest and agricultural land and in relation to the well spacing and urban structure of settlements and local area folk character. § 3 (1) of the Protection and use of land and natural resources are differentiated according to the division of the area into four zones defined with respect this natural values. (2) The definition of each zone is determined by the map, which forms Annex 2 to this Order. § 4 (1) The entire territory is prohibited: and) that impose the garbage or waste outside the specified points, b) camp, parked motor vehicles and caravans and fire outside placeholders (c)) in the exercise of hunting rights to use of poisoned baits. (2) In Zone I and II are prohibited to introduce non-indigenous species of flora and fauna. (3) Only after consultation with the competent authority of the State Nature Conservancy can be in the territory of: and) hold and public, sporting and other public events outside urban areas, (b)) expand and modify the network of hiking trails, c) establish plans for breeding and hunting, hunts, quality Classes, the stringency of the game, except in designated hunting grounds of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. § 5 (1) Territorial development in the area is controlled based on the approved planning documents, particularly land use plan of a large territorial unit. Territorial plan of the large territorial unit defined in the Directive for territory arrangement graded the intensity of conservation in each zone. (2) Investors and planners buildings in the area must ensure that the architectural design of new buildings or changes in buildings is consistent with the character of the area of aesthetic and environmental integration of buildings into the landscape. (2) Zone II) in farming must: 1. (3) In Zone III in farming must: 1. make the land blocks with regard to the configuration of the terrain and with regard to the protection of agricultural land against erosion, preserve and maintain eventually restore the protective anti-erosion measures (eg. Terraces, windbreaks, riparian vegetation) 2. design and build structures for livestock production capacity corresponding to the carrying capacity of the territory, natural and environmental conditions, while housing prefer this litter, 3rd maintain environmentally acceptable mode of intake of nutrients, especially nitrogen, 4. (3) Exemptions from the provisions of § 4 para. 1 and 2, § 5 para. 4 and 5, § 6, 7, section 8. 1 paragraph. 2 point. The boundaries of the area Litovelské Pomoraví runs along public roads or other distinct and terrain maps and legislation lines. 2. The course of the boundary is as follows: In Olomouc-Černovír begins it border on a bridge over the Morava River and continues upstream on the left bank of Moravia to the confluence with Oskava, continue along the left bank upstream to the Oskava crossing of the railroad tracks, Olomouc – Zábřeh n. M. Further along the railway line up to the intersection with road III/446-8 on the outskirts, Březce along this road south to the intersection with the road II/446 and follow it northwest until the flood protection dyke, which follows the northern edge of the floodplain forest.
