GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 8 March. December 2004,



outlining the Bird area of Komárov



Government orders under section 45e para. 1 and 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the

nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 222/2004 Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) the Bird area of Komárov (hereinafter referred to as "bird range").



(2) the subject of the protection of the bird areas are population reel pilicha

relevant for the species of birds referred to in paragraph 2 in their natural range

§ 2



The definition of a bird area



(1) the bird area is situated on the territory of the Pardubice region, in

cadastral areas Dašice, Dolní Roveň, Dolní Ředice, Holice v

The Czech Republic, Iraq, Horní Ředice, balance beam, Komárov u Holic, Lány u

Dašic and Ostřetín.



(2) the territorial definition and description of the boundary of the bird area are contained in the
