REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT



of 8 June. December 2004,



defining the Bird area Top Vsacko



The Government ordered under section 45e paragraph. 1 and 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the

nature and landscape protection, as amended by law No 218/2004 Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) Defines the Bird area of the upper Vsacko (hereinafter referred to as "bird range").



(2) the subject of the protection of the bird population of the area are Black Stork (Ciconia

nigra), jeřábek (Bonasa bonasia) forest, corncrake (Crex

crex), white-backed Woodpeckers (Dendrocopos leucotos), datlíka

tříprstého (Picoides tridactylus), lejska small (Ficedula parva) and

ťuhýka (Lanius collurio), General and their habitats.



(3) the objective of the protection of bird conservation and restoration of the area's ecosystems

relevant for the species of birds referred to in paragraph 2 in their natural range

enlargement and ensure the conditions for the conservation of these species in the

the favourable status in terms of protection.



§ 2



The definition of a bird area



(1) the bird area is located on the territory of the Zlín region in the land registry

territories, Halenkov, Huslenky, Beef, Janová, Karolinka, Small Bystřice

Small Karlovice, Nový Hrozenkov, Valašská Senice, Růžďka, Large

Karlovice, Vsetín and Zděchov.



(2) the territorial definition and description of the boundaries of bird area are contained in the

§ 3

The territorial delimitation and description of the boundaries of the areas of the upper Vsacko Bird



The whole of the South-East and southern part of the border area after the State bird leads

the border with the Slovak Republic and is identical to the boundary of the CHKO Beskydy

(CHKOB). From the pass through the dimension Dupačka Makovsky in the saddle
