and the Ministry of agriculture and food of the Czech Socialist Republic

for the provision of recruitment allowances and other benefits doosídlencům in
defined territory of the borderland

The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and the
the Ministry of agriculture and food of the Czech Socialist Republic lays down the

Part I
General provisions
§ 1
(1) this Decree shall govern the provision of recruitment allowances and
other benefits of doosídlencům, who will move from the rest of the territory of the

Part II

§ 2

Part III
The recruitment post
§ 3

§ 4

(5) Recruitment allowance may be granted only once and in accordance with paragraphs
1 to 3 or in accordance with paragraph 4.
§ 6
For the assessment of the nature of the Organization, for the purpose of determining the amount of a recruitment

§ 8

§ 10

Common provisions
§ 11

§ 12

Part VI
Transitional and final provisions
section 13
