Article. (I)



Decree of the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist

No. 62/1970 Coll. on the provision of recruitment allowances and other

the benefits of doosídlencům in a defined territory, border changes and supplements

as follows:



1. paragraph 1 reads:



"§ 1



(1) this Decree shall govern the provision of recruitment allowances and

other benefits of doosídlencům, who will move from the rest of the territory of the

and the borderlands in the assigned area) of the Czech Socialist Republic and the

Government of the Czech Socialist Republic to implement economic instruments to

the regional security of proportionality ^ 1) and the definition of the territory in the West

the border of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic contained in the annex to

the measures of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic to address the economic and

social development in selected territories in the western border of CZECHOSLOVAKIA. ^ 2) ".

2. § 5, the following paragraphs 4 and 5, which read as follows:



"(4) in the defined territory at the western border of CZECHOSLOVAKIA, with the exception of

stabilized centres of settlement ^ 3) provides recruitment post

in all organizations in the amount of 15 000 Czech Crowns.



(5) Recruitment allowance may be granted only once and in accordance with paragraphs

1 to 3 or paragraph 4. ".

3. section 7 reads as follows:



"section 7 of the



(1) the recruitment posts under section 5 (3). 1 to 3 shall be paid by the doosídlencům

within the time limits and amounts referred to in the annex to this Decree.



(2) the recruitment allowance in accordance with § 5 para. 4 shall be paid doosídlencům, who

agreed in their work (a member) the ratio is on the date of commencement of employment, first from

March 1, 1986, by the dates and amounts referred to in the annex to this

the decree for the provision of recruitment post in category I.

4. under section 12, the following paragraph 13, which read as follows:



"section 13



Doosídlencům referred to in section 1 (1). 1 (b). (b)) provides recruitment

contribution and other benefits under the conditions laid down in part III. to V.

Ordinance. ".



5. section 13 shall become paragraph 14 and the following paragraph 3 is added:



"(3) the amount of a recruitment allowance due doosídlencům

referred to in article 1 (1). 1 (b). b) entering employment and compensation

other benefits of belonging to them shall be made available no later than four weeks from the

the effective date of this Ordinance. ".



6. section 14 shall become article 15.



Article II



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
