DECREE



of 16 December 2002. July 2015,



amending Decree No 374/2006 Coll., on the system of safety

the operation of railways and railway transport, and the procedures for the formation of the emergency

events on rail systems, as amended by Decree No. 248/2010 Sb.



The Department of transportation shall determine pursuant to section 66 paragraph 1. 1 Act No. 266/1994 Coll.

on rail, as amended by law No 23/2000 Coll., Act No. 77/2002 Coll.

Act No. 103/2004 Coll., Act No. 182/2006 Coll., Act No. 227/2009 Coll.,

Act No. 194/2010 Coll. and Act No. 134/2007 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No 374/2006 Coll., on the system of the safety of the operation of the railways and

railway transport and procedures for creation of incidents on the rail systems

as amended by Decree No. 248/2010 Coll., shall be amended as follows:



1. At the end of footnote 1, the following sentence "Commission directive

2014/88/EU of 9. July 2014, amending the directive of the European

Parliament and Council Directive 2004/49/EC, as regards the common security

indicators and common methods for determining the amount of damage in accidents. "



2. In section 4, paragraph 4. 1 (b). (b)) (a). 2 (a). (b)) and in paragraph 6 (b). and the words)

"emergency" shall be replaced by "accident".

The contents of an accounting report on accidents per year.



Designation of the petitioner:



Registration overview provides common safety indicators, which

they are:



I. indicators relating to accidents



1.1 Total and relative (to train 1 km) the number of accidents:

For the killed person, for the purposes of this Ordinance any person,

that was immediately killed or died of the consequences of the accident within 30

days after the accident, with the exception of those who committed suicide.



Seriously injured by a person for the purposes of an accounting report means

any person injured in an accident that was admitted to the hospital after an accident on

more than 24 hours, with the exception of the person who attempted to commit suicide.



The train mile means the unit of measure representing the movement of a train

at a distance of one kilometre. If known, actually

driving distance, otherwise, it's the standard network

Osobokilometrem means the unit of measure representing the transport of one

does not become,



(b)) the costs of the environmental damage which costs

the carrier and the rail operator to bring the damaged area to the State

before the accident, estimated on the basis of their experience,



(c)) cost of material damage to railway vehicle or on a traffic way
