DECREE

amending Decree No 208/2007 Coll., on details of the set to

implementation of the law on the recognition of the results of the further education



The Ministry of education, youth and sports, determined in accordance with § 25 para. 5

Act No. 179/2006 Coll., on validation and recognition of the results of the next

education and on amendments to certain acts (the Act on the recognition of the results

further education):



Article. (I)



Decree No 208/2007 Coll., on details laid down for the implementation of

the law on the recognition of the results of further education, is amended as follows:



1. In article 1 (1). 1 introductory part of the provisions, the word "minor" is replaced by

the word "professional".



2. In article 1 (1). 1 (b). and, § 1, paragraph 1). 1 (b). (b) the introductory part)

the provisions of § 1 (1). 1 (b). (b)), section 6, paragraph 3 of the introductory part of the provisions of section

3 (b). (b)), § 4 of the introductory part of the provisions of, section 5 (b). (d)), § 6 (1). 1 and in

§ 9 para. 1 introductory part of the provisions, the word "extract" shall be replaced by

3. In article 1 (1). 1 at the end of subparagraph (b)) a comma is replaced by a dot and the

subparagraph (c)) shall be deleted.
