685/2004 Coll. Government regulation of 8 December 2004, defining the Králický Sněžník Bird Area Government directs that pursuant to section 45e. 1 and 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., On nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 218/2004. § 1 Scope (1) defines the Králický Sněžník Bird area (hereinafter referred to it as "the bird"). (2) The protection of the area's bird population corncrake (Crex crex) and its habitat. (3) The protection of the bird area is conservation and restoration of ecosystems important for bird species referred to it in paragraph 2 of its natural range and ensuring conditions for the conservation of this species in the state of favorable conservation. § 2 Definition Bird Area (1) Bird Area covers an area of Olomouc and Pardubice regions, in the cadastral White Water, National Defence, Bratrušov, Březenský Court, March Písařova, in Bukovice Bystřec, Čenkovice, Red Water, Red Brook Lower Bohdíkov, Lower Boříkovice, Lower Hedeč, Lower Heřmanice in the Czech Republic, Dolni Morava, Lipka Dolni Lower Eagle, Habartice with Henry, hanusovice, Heroltice u Shield Heřmanice u, Rabbit, Upper Heřmanice in Bohemia, Moravia, Upper Lipka, Upper, Upper eagle, Hynčice nad Moravou, Hynčice Sušinou, Phalaris, Frauenfeld, Switzerland, Jamné nad Orlici, Koburk Kopřivná, Carrot, Water, Crooked, Lichkov Lužná Hanušovice, Moravia, Small, Mladkov, Vrbno mill plant at Deeside, is Moravian Karlov, Mlýnický Court, New Losiny Orličky, Petrovičky at Mladkov, Podlesí, Písařov, shoulders-city Potůčník, Sources for had, Middle Lipka, Barren Žibřidovice , Raškov Court, Raškov Village, Rýdrovice, Sklené at small Moravian, Old Town under Kralicky Sněžníkem, silver, Šanov near Red Water, Šléglov, Shields, Shields Hamerské-city Valterice at Výprachtice, Great Moravia, the Losiny, Vikantice, Vlaské, Get, Vyprachtice, Institute for Small Moravia High Žibřidovice, High Creek, Golden Creek and deep. (2) The territorial definition and description of the boundaries of bird areas are contained in Annex 1 hereto, indicative graphical representation of the area is contained in Annex No. 2 to this Order. Prime Minister: JUDr. Gross, Minister of Environment, the COR RNDr. vr Annex 1 Ambrozek territorial definition and description of the border region, Králický Sněžník Bird Bird Area boundary begins at the intersection of the road to Mladkov *) II/312 coming from Žamberk and road II/311 coming from the border with Poland. From there the road II/311, north to the border, which passes 300 meters southeast of Kaspar cottage at the point where the approach road for the first time directly to the state border. After the border leads to the east and leaving it about 400 meters south of the hill Hleďsebe when at a sharp angle turns southeast and extends perpendicularly from the slope. After about 350 meters, intersected by a vertical forest path *) and continue straight on to the crossing of the red tourist marked forest Communication, ***), which runs from the southwest's northeast and small watercourse, which is the right tributary of the Morava River. After this watercourse boundary continues up to its mouth into the Morava River. Just before his mouth passes the road that it crosses and follow this road runs parallel to the flow of the Morava river upstream. After about 120 meters, turns it cross the bridge over the Morava River to the northeast on a road that connects this road. Further, the boundary continues along the forest road about 180 meters up to the point where the right (from the northeast) near the mouth of a rocky stream to the Morava river joins the forest road. Boundary follows this road and then at the junction of forest roads immediately south of Stony Brook is rotated 180 degrees and almost still leads along a forest road southeast at an angle to the slope. After about 400 meters on this road connects the blue tourist trail, which borders farther southeast monitors. After crossing two left-sided tributaries of the Morava River on the border gets and treeless ski lift, which follows the contour line along the blue tourist marked path crosses through the forest and continues southwards to the second timberline and ski lift. Just before the confluence of the streams with steep creek borders are getting on the road (former "military road"), which follows the first northwest and then to the east. After about 700 meters, where the military road rotates 180 degrees back to the west boundary continues east along the paved forest road. Frontier follows this path, which after 250 meters turns northward approximately 6 km to the point where about 200 meters west of the tourist cottage Eagle's Nest crosses the small watercourse, which is the right tributary creek Stříbrnický. Frontier follows the flow of the southeast downstream to the confluence with the creek Stříbrnickým to become the local road parallel to the river. Further along the road from the south and west bypasses Bratrušovský hill and along the edge of the forest continues down the road to the northwest. About 700 meters southeast of Bird's Hill frog's path into the woods and arc Southwest is close to the water flow, which rises on the eastern slope of the hill and the Bird's left tributary of the Morava. The boundary continues along the path parallel with this flow downstream. After about 200 meters, at the first crossroads boundary turns at a right angle across the flow of water to the west, where getting on a paved road that leads west direction parallel to the creek's Bohdikov, Czech Republic. Here, the spot near the Morava river crossing the railway tracks, the border gets on the road and leads northwards about 100 meters to the railway line, which passes. After the railroad points leads north through the village towards Hanusovice Cerveny creek. Immediately before the mouth of the creek Počáteckého in Moravia border turns red marked hiking paved forest road that leads south around passing the Beginnings. For passing this road continues straight leaving and south-westerly direction along a paved forest path that leads into the valley south of the blaze at the top of Raskova forest road where the brook crosses Raškovský. Thence continuing along the forest road southwest. In place of the Lazy U turns 180 degrees to the northwest and then south to the hunting lodge where it connects to the yellow-marked tourist path that goes to the crossroads St. The Trinity on the Hill 862. This leaves and marked hiking path and bends to the right (northeast), the road to the High Creek, which it follows until the top of the second switchback, which goes straight in a northeastern direction on a paved forest path. Following this path bypasses from the north hill crane, crosses the Golden Stream and the point at sand pit about 600 meters directly north of the dimension Jerabek cuts the water flow, which is the left tributary of the Silent Eagle. From there the boundary continues south-westerly direction along a forest road along the western slope of the hill Jerabek. Boundary follows the flow of water to the point where it was in the town of Voice Karlov cut the road to the White Water-Písařov. Follow this road leads towards the border Písařov. Just before the village boundary turns east on a paved hiking path marked green that leads to the gamekeeper Čečola (House in three panes). Before the lodge turns at a right angle to the south and continues along the green trail leads south and from the west and then south side encircles a the hill Čečola. At the point where the road crosses the red tourist trail, coming from the north on her moves and continues south through the dimension on top of the rock garden, from the east side bypasses dimension On Guard, and still continues south until the road Bukovice-Frauenfeld, Switzerland. In Upper Hermanice from the road I/43 separates and goes along the road through the Lower Heřmanice, Vyprachtice it Bystřec. Following this path leads to the west boundary of VÁVROVÁ rocks up the road I/11, which goes and goes straight to the NNE direction Orličskému stream, which passes on. Further, the boundary continues upstream creek to the point where it empties into second right tributary to the pass. Upstream of the tributary gets on the road Orličky-Jamné nad Orlicí, which passes and leads towards Jamné n. O. Along the road leading southeast border, in the first turn after about 600 meters, it leaves it to continue along the forest road straight towards the southeast and then northeast towards the edge of the forest, which follows the north. Afterwards boundary reaches the point where the borders of the forest turns at a right angle to the east and the west that follows the forest road. Following this path continues east boundary to the road Red Water-Lower Boříkovice and leads southeast to the Red Water. Here is transferred to the road I/43 and leads northeast towards Carrot. In the village of Lower Eagle turns east on the road to the Upper and Lower Eagle Hedeč through which leads to the village of Carrot. Here is transferred to the road II/312 and leads north to the Red Creek. Before the village where the road for the first time closely approaches the railway Cerveny Brook-Middle Lipka on it goes. From there along the rail points in a westerly direction to the point where the body crosses the road I/43rd Passes on this road leads south of it near the intersection of the road continues south to Lower Boříkovice. In the village of about 150 meters per second crossing and the road with Boříkovickým creek road turns west onto a dirt road that leads to the forest and further west along the border, then the path emerges from the forest and leads northwest to the agricultural area in Lichkov. From the west and north side of the orbiting agricultural area and further north overcomes the flow of Silent Eagle and then get on the road II/312th Follow this road leads west to the starting point at the intersection of roads (II)/312 coming from Žamberk and (II)/311 coming from the border with Poland at Mladkov. Part of the bird area is the territory defined by the following boundaries: From the municipal office in Čenkovice northwards along the road to Orličky. At the intersection with the road I/11 east to the top of the fourth (southernmost) sharp turns, and thence along the forest road south about 4.5 km to the north border of the municipality Heroltice the shield. After that border west to the border point of the municipalities Heroltice u shield, Mlýnický Court and Valterice at Výprachtice. Further north and then west along the northern border of the village Valterice at Výprachtice up to the border point of the municipalities Valterice at Výprachtice, Výprachtice and Čenkovice. Thence along the southern boundary of the village Čenkovice up to the junction of the borders of the municipalities, Čenkovice Výprachtice and Bystřec. Thence along the western border of the village Čenkovice north up the dirt road that leads from Čenkovice north of Bystřeckého stream directly to the west. On the way east to the municipal office in Čenkovice.
