685/2004 Coll. Government regulation of 8 December 2004, defining the Králický Sněžník Bird Area Government directs that pursuant to section 45e. 1 and 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., On nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 218/2004. § 1 Scope (1) defines the Králický Sněžník Bird area (hereinafter referred to it as "the bird"). (2) The protection of the area's bird population corncrake (Crex crex) and its habitat. (3) The protection of the bird area is conservation and restoration of ecosystems important for bird species referred to it in paragraph 2 of its natural range and ensuring conditions for the conservation of this species in the state of favorable conservation. § 2 Definition Bird Area (1) Bird Area covers an area of Olomouc and Pardubice regions, in the cadastral White Water, National Defence, Bratrušov, Březenský Court, March Písařova, in Bukovice Bystřec, Čenkovice, Red Water, Red Brook Lower Bohdíkov, Lower Boříkovice, Lower Hedeč, Lower Heřmanice in the Czech Republic, Dolni Morava, Lipka Dolni Lower Eagle, Habartice with Henry, hanusovice, Heroltice u Shield Heřmanice u, Rabbit, Upper Heřmanice in Bohemia, Moravia, Upper Lipka, Upper, Upper eagle, Hynčice nad Moravou, Hynčice Sušinou, Phalaris, Frauenfeld, Switzerland, Jamné nad Orlici, Koburk Kopřivná, Carrot, Water, Crooked, Lichkov Lužná Hanušovice, Moravia, Small, Mladkov, Vrbno mill plant at Deeside, is Moravian Karlov, Mlýnický Court, New Losiny Orličky, Petrovičky at Mladkov, Podlesí, Písařov, shoulders-city Potůčník, Sources for had, Middle Lipka, Barren Žibřidovice , Raškov Court, Raškov Village, Rýdrovice, Sklené at small Moravian, Old Town under Kralicky Sněžníkem, silver, Šanov near Red Water, Šléglov, Shields, Shields Hamerské-city Valterice at Výprachtice, Great Moravia, the Losiny, Vikantice, Vlaské, Get, Vyprachtice, Institute for Small Moravia High Žibřidovice, High Creek, Golden Creek and deep. (2) The territorial definition and description of the boundaries of bird areas are contained in Annex 1 hereto, indicative graphical representation of the area is contained in Annex No. 2 to this Order. Part of the bird area is the territory defined by the following boundaries: From the municipal office in Čenkovice northwards along the road to Orličky. At the intersection with the road I/11 east to the top of the fourth (southernmost) sharp turns, and thence along the forest road south about 4.5 km to the north border of the municipality Heroltice the shield. After that border west to the border point of the municipalities Heroltice u shield, Mlýnický Court and Valterice at Výprachtice. Further north and then west along the northern border of the village Valterice at Výprachtice up to the border point of the municipalities Valterice at Výprachtice, Výprachtice and Čenkovice. Thence along the southern boundary of the village Čenkovice up to the junction of the borders of the municipalities, Čenkovice Výprachtice and Bystřec. Thence along the western border of the village Čenkovice north up the dirt road that leads from Čenkovice north of Bystřeckého stream directly to the west.
