GOVERNMENT REGULATION

outlining the Bird area Poodří



Government orders under section 45e para. 1 and 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the

nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 222/2004 Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) there is hereby established a bird area of Poodří (hereinafter referred to as "bird range").



(2) the subject of the protection of the bird's stocks are the calling of a large area

(Botaurus stellaris), reel (Circus aeruginosus) henchman, Kingfisher

River (Alcedo atthis) and urticaria (Anas strepera) General and their

habitats.



(3) the objective of the protection of the bird's range is the conservation and restoration of ecosystems

relevant for the species of birds referred to in paragraph 2 in their natural range

enlargement and ensure the conditions for the conservation of these species in

a favourable State of conservation.



§ 2



The definition of a bird area



(1) the bird area is situated on the territory of the Moravian-Silesian region, in

cadastral areas Populated, Bernartice nad Odrou, Bartošovice,

Butovice, Hladké Životice, Hukovice, Jesenik nad Odrou, Sioux Falls,

Kabanyane nad Odrou, Kunin, Mankovice, New hot, Petřvaldík, Polanka

NAD Odrou, James, Boston, Pustějov, Donald, Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí,

Studénka nad Odrou, Suchdol nad Odrou, Svinov, Šenov u Nového Jičína,

Vražné at the Oder, Výškovice u Ostravy, and Zábřeh nad Odrou.



(2) the territorial definition and description of the boundary of the bird area are contained in the

§ 3
