amending Decree No. 100/1995 Coll., laying down the conditions for

traffic, construction and production of designated technical devices and their

instantiating (order designated technical equipment), as amended

The Department of transportation shall determine pursuant to section 66 paragraph 1. 1 Act No. 266/1994 Coll.

Act No. 103/2004 Coll. and Act No. 191/2006 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") to

the implementation of § 47 para. 2 of the Act:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 100/1995 Coll., laying down the conditions for the operation,

design and manufacture of designated technical devices and their instantiations

(Order of the designated technical equipment), as amended by Decree No. 279/2000 Sb.

and Government Regulation No. 352/2000 is amended as follows:



1. in article 1, paragraph 1 reads:



"(1) the designated technical devices (" device ") are devices

pressure, gas, electrical, lifting, transport, for protection against

effects of atmospheric and static electricity and for protection against negative

the effects of rear traction currents ".



2. In article 1 (1). 2 letter f) including footnote No 1 is added:



"(f)) pressure vessels, tank-vehicles, rail tank

containers, tank swap bodies and battery cars

Former footnote No. 1 through 4 are known as notes under

line # 2 to 5, including the references to footnotes.



3. In article 1 (1). 2 the letter g) is added:



"g) pressure vessels rail tank vehicles and tank

containers for the transport of goods, including their equipment safe. ".



4. In paragraph 1, the period at the end of paragraph 6 is replaced by a comma and the following

the letter e), which reads as follows:



"e) ski lifts.".



5. In section 1, paragraph 7 shall be deleted.



6. in paragraph 2 of the introductory part of the provisions of the first sentence is replaced by the phrase "in the

"(3) the Protocol on inspection and test equipment made in the operation,

drawn up by a competent person qualified, always contains the exact

inspection and testing, findings, risk assessment, a statement of the

operational competence and determination of its time, name, surname and signature of the

authorised competent person, the certificate number and the date when the

inspection and test were conducted.

11. In paragraph 6 of section 7 including the footnotes 4 and 4a is added:

12. In paragraph 6, the following paragraph 8, which including footnote # 4b

added:



"(8) affecting the safety of pressure vessels designed for the transport of

dangerous goods "^ 1"), or its equipment must be made extraordinary

inspection and examination by an authorized person under a special legal

4B) § 17 para. 4 of Decree No. 102/1995 Coll. issuing the Order for

13. in § 8 para. 1 the following sentence "these requirements do not apply to

the travelling public serving device that is intended for use

passengers. ".



14. in § 8 para. 3, the word "Inspector" shall be replaced by "competent

16. in annex No. 1 "intervals of time designated technical revisions

the device "under the" pressure equipment directive "paragraphs 10 to 14 are deleted.



The former items 15, 16 and 17 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 10, 11 and 12.



17. in annex No. 1 "intervals of time designated technical revisions

20. in annex No. 3 "time intervals of inspections and tests designed

technical equipment "under the" pressure equipment directive "paragraphs 8, 9, 10,

11, 12 and 13 shall be deleted;



Sections 14, 15 and 16 shall become items 8, 9 and 10.



21. in annex No. 3 "time intervals of inspections and tests designed

technical equipment "under the heading" transport equipment "following paragraph 6,

which reads as follows:

"6. a tour of the ski lifts 5 years".
