amending Act No. 155/2000 Coll., on the breeding, breeding and
the register of farm animals and amending certain related laws
(plemenářský Act), as amended
Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:
Article. (I)
Act No. 155/2000 Coll., on the breeding, breeding and registration of economic
animals (plemenářský Act), as amended by Act No. 309/2002 Coll., Act No.
162/2003 Coll., Act No. 288/2003 Coll., Act No. 444/2005 Coll., Act No.
130/2006 Coll., Act No. 182/2008 Coll., Act No. 227/2009 Coll., Act No.
281/2009 Coll. and Act No. 291/2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In article 1 (1). 1 (b). (d)) and in section 2 (2). 1 (b). r), the words
"neplemenných fish referred to in the annex to this Act" shall be replaced by
"aquaculture animals".
2. In article 2 (2). 1 (b). (b)), after the words "Bovinae" the words "with the
the exception of wildlife ^ 15) ".
Footnote # 15:
"15) § 3 (1). 1 (b). d) of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the protection of nature and the
landscape, as amended. ".
3. in § 5 para. 1 introductory part of the provisions, the words "with" shall be replaced by
the words "the State contributory organization."
4. in paragraph 5, the following paragraph 10 is added:
"(10) the Ministry shall draw up and keep up to date a list of approved
breeders ' associations and make it available in a way allowing remote
access to the other Member States and the public. ".
5. In article 6 (1). 4, point (g)) be deleted.
Letter h) is renumbered as paragraph (g)).
6. In paragraph 6, the following paragraph 10 is added:
"(10) the Ministry shall draw up and regularly update a list of
breeding pigs and make it available to businesses in a manner allowing
remote access to the other Member States and the public. ".
7. in article 7, paragraph 4, including footnote # 16:
"(4) Control the inheritance of health listed livestock

8. in paragraph 2 of article 23. 1 introductory provisions read as follows:

11. in Section 23a para. 1 letter d) is added:

12. in Section 23b, the following paragraphs 9 to 14 indents are added:

Transitional provision

Article. (III)
