Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



PART THE FIRST



Amendment of the Act on public health insurance



Article. (I)



In section 3 c of paragraph 1. 1 of Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on public health

insurance, as amended by Act No. 362/2009 Coll. and the legal measures of the Senate

No 342/2013 Coll., the amount of "$ 5 829 ' is replaced by ' 6 259 CZK".



Article. (II)



Transitional provision



In the calendar month in which this Act enters into force, it shall bear

The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic to a special account of the public

health insurance premiums for the month of August 2014, increased by the amount,

that is the difference between the amount of the insurance premium for the month of July 2014,

has been paid before the date of entry into force of this Act, and the amount of

The Constitutional Court declared under no. 238/2013 Coll., and Act No. 60/2014

Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In article 40, paragraph 2, the following paragraphs 3 and 4 are added:



"(3) the health insurance fund shall provide health providers under contract

services a remuneration of $ 100 for each day on which it was in the period from

1 January to 31 December 2004. December 2014, provided its inpatient care

Paragraphs 3 to 14 shall become paragraphs 5 to 16.

1. In paragraph 5, at the end of subparagraph (f)) dot replaced with a comma and the following

the letter g) is added:

health insurance providers of covered services. ".



2. In article 7 (2). 1 (b). a), the words ' other payments in the range of

PART FIVE



Amendment of the Act on the amendment of laws related to the establishment of one of the recovery

space and other changes to the tax and insurance laws



Article. (VI)



In the sixteenth article. XXV section 38 of Act No. 458/2007 Coll., amending

laws related to the establishment of a single recovery point and other

changes in the tax laws, and insurance, the amount "Eur 5 355" is replaced by

"6 259 CZK".



PART SIX



The EFFECTIVENESS of the



Article. (VII)



This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000. July 2014, except for the part

the fifth, which shall take effect on 1 January 2000. January 2015.
