GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 May. in May 2006,
amending Government Decree No. 181/2004 Coll., on the establishment of closer
conditions of implementation of common market organisations, in terms of system
the granting of subsidies on exports of agricultural products and processed
agricultural products, as amended by Decree-Law No 99/2005 Sb.
The Government ordered pursuant to section 2b, paragraph 1. 2 of law No 249/1997 Coll., on
Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128/2003 Coll. and Act No. 441/2005 Coll.
and according to § 1 (1). 3 of Act No. 256/2000 Coll., on the State farm
the intervention of the Fund and on the amendments to certain other laws (the law on the State
the agricultural intervention fund), as amended by Act No. 441/2005 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Government Regulation No. 179/2004 Coll., on the establishment of detailed conditions of implementation
common organisations of the market, as regards the system of granting of subsidies in the
exports of agricultural products and processed agricultural products, as amended by
Decree-Law No 99/2005 is amended as follows:
1. § 1, including title and footnotes # 1 and 1a is added:
"§ 1

4. In article 4, paragraphs 1 and 2, including the footnote # 5 to 7 shall be added:
"(1) a manufacturer whose products are to be exported in the form of regularly
exports according to the regulations of the European communities ^ 5),
ask the Fund for registration for that purpose.
(2) the application for registration of the manufacturer referred to in paragraph 1, the manufacturer must
connect to:
and) proof that he is an entrepreneur ^ 6)
(b) the manufacturer's Declaration on the form) issued by the Fund

Article II
Transitional provision
Applications under Government Regulation No. 179/2004 Coll., in the version in force
to the date of entry into force of this regulation, shall be assessed in accordance with regulation
Government No. 181/2004 Coll., in the version in force until the date of entry into force of this
