DECREE
of 10 June 1999. March 2006,
amending the Decree of the Czech Mining Authority no 447/2001 Coll., on the
mine rescue service
The Czech mining Office lays down pursuant to § 6 paragraph 1. 6 (a). and § 7 (1)). 9
Act No. 61/1988 Coll. on mining activities, explosives and the State
Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 542/1991 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 447/2001 Coll., on the mine rescue service shall be amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 2 (a). I), the words "and for that reason," shall be replaced by "and then
environment noise in excess of 100 dB, and exposure to radiant
heat over 250th. (C), and for these reasons ".
2. In article 6 (1). 1 (b). m), the words "and gas laboratory analysts"
shall be deleted.
3. In section 6 (1). 1 at the end of the letter n) a comma is replaced by a dot and the
the letter o) shall be deleted.
4. In article 6 (1). 2 is added:
"(2) the main mining rescue station determines the equipping of organizations
indication and detection instruments and sebezáchrannými, respiratory and
activating sticks instruments including their accessories. ".
5. In section 8 paragraph 1. 1 (b). c) after the word "service", the words "on
the main mine rescue station. "
6. In article 8 the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) without delay after the onset of on-call time shall inform the racing mining
with a permanent emergency rescue station the main mining rescue
the station on its composition. ".
The former paragraph 2 becomes paragraph 3.
7. in section 10, paragraph 1. 1 (b)):
"(b)) premises and equipment for inspection, disinfection, test and repair
self-rescue equipment, breathing apparatus and resuscitation equipment
and their accessories ".
8. In section 10, paragraph 1. 1 at the end of the letter l) is replaced by a comma and dot
the following point (m)), which read as follows:
"m) premises and equipment for maintaining and improving physical fitness
Mine Rescuers. ".
9. in article 10, paragraph 2 reads as follows:
"(2) the basic equipment of the main mine rescue station, which is to perform
its tasks also in deep mines, form in addition to the equipment referred to in
paragraph 1 also resuscitation ambulance vehicle and heat Chamber. ".
10. In paragraph 11 (a). and the number of point 1) "30 June" is replaced by "20".
11. In paragraph 11 (b)):
"(b)) premises and equipment for inspection, disinfection, test and repair
breathing apparatus and resuscitation equipment, ".
12. In paragraph 11 (a). e) and (f)), the term "coal mine" are deleted.
13. in § 12 para. 1, first sentence, including footnote # 10
repealed.
14. in section 18 para. 6 in the last part of the sentence with a semicolon, including
the semicolon is deleted.
15. in section 18 para. 7, the number "18" is replaced by "12".
16. in section 19 is at the end of paragraph 1, the following sentence "when validating professional
the eligibility of the process according to a special legal regulation ^ 3a). ".
Footnote # 3a is added:
"3a) Decree No 298/2005 Coll., on professional qualifications and requirements
competence in mining activities, or activities carried out
using mining techniques and on amendment to certain laws and regulations. ".
17. in paragraph 21, at the end of paragraph 1, the following sentence "when validating professional
the eligibility of the process according to special legal regulations ^ 3a). ".
18. in section 25 is at the end of the text of paragraphs 2 and 3, the words "; This
the test repeats every 3 years ".
19. in section 31, paragraph 1 reads:
"(1) the activities of mine rescuers when the event was organized by rescue and
governed by the Commander of mine rescue service. This function carries out the head
mine rescue station racing organization or part thereof affected
accident or his representative, if the Director has not specified the main mining
rescue station otherwise. In the case that when a rescue action at the same time

20. In article 44, paragraph 2 reads as follows:

21. in paragraph 45, the following paragraph 7 is added:

22. in § 47 para. 1 the sentence after the semicolon is replaced by the phrase "after their

23. in annex No 1 (1). And (b). and) point 3 is added:

"and for every Member of the platoon)

Article II
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. April 2006.
