determining the extent and method of providing data to Information

the system of the civil service and salary



The Government ordered pursuant to section 234 para. 2 Act No. 218/2002 Coll., on the service

State employees in administrative offices and on the remuneration of these

employees and other employees in administrative offices (business

§ 1



The subject of the edit



This regulation lays down the scope of the data and the way they

the provision of personal services of the official authorities in the information

the system of the civil service and salary.



§ 2



The range of the data provided



Personal services business offices provide information on the extent and structure

referred to in the annex to this regulation.



§ 3



Method of providing data



(1) the data provided by the human resources departments of the business offices to

The information system of the civil service and salary are passed in

electronic form, in the prescribed format and structure through

data networks, where appropriate, to the technical medium.

§ 4



Terms of data provision



(1) the reference period is the calendar month.

§ 5



Common provisions



(1) the human resources departments of the business offices to provide Information

§ 6



In the first 12 months after the commencement of operation of the information system

§ 7



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date on which it takes effect, the law No.

218/2002 Coll., on the service of civil servants in administrative authorities and

the remuneration of these staff, and other employees in administrative

offices (business law).
