amending Decree No. 671/2004 Coll., laying down details

on the organisation of the recruitment procedure to education in secondary schools, in

as amended



The Ministry of education, youth and sports, provides under section 60(1).

1, 6 and 8, section 60a paragraph 1. 4 and section 64 of Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school,

primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (the education

Act), as amended by law No. 243/2008 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 671/2004 Coll., laying down details of the Organization

of admission to education in secondary schools, as amended by

Decree No. 422/2006 Coll. and Decree No. 46/2008 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In article 1 (1). 1 (b). f), the words "on the acquisition of secondary education with

GCSE "shall be replaced by" obtaining the appropriate degree

secondary education ".



2. in article 1, paragraph 2, including the footnote No. 6, 6a, 6b and 7 reads:



"(2) included in the application are further documents related to the criteria

admission procedure laid down by the Director of high school ^ 6), designated by

Director of the school, for example, output of the basic applicant rating

Education ^ 6a), papers on the results in professional competitions, about

publications of partial qualifications ^ 6b) or

achieved further education in school ^ 7).

3. § 2, including the title reads as follows:



"§ 2



The announcement of the first round of admission procedure



Director of the school will announce the first round of admission into the superscope education with

the talent examination no later than 31 December 2006. October, to other disciplines

4. section 3, including title and footnotes # 7b is inserted:



"§ 3



The progress of the recruitment procedure



(1) entrance examinations in the first round of admission, if its

6. In section 4, paragraph 1, the following paragraph 2 is added:

Paragraphs 2 and 3 shall become paragraphs 3 and 4.



7. in § 5 para. 1, the words "in schools established by the State, region, community

or the Union of municipalities "are deleted.



8. in paragraph 5, the following paragraph 3 is added:



"(3) the Director of the school, which does not establish a State, County, municipality or municipalities,

procedures for appeals in accordance with the internal regulation of the school. ".



9. in paragraph 5, the following new section 5a, including title and notes

"§ 5a
