on the agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government
The people's Democratic Republic of Yemen on the abolition of the visa requirement for
nationals of Contracting States doing business

On 14 June 2005. September 1981 in Aden was the agreement signed between the Government of
The Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Yemen Arab folk
Democratic Republic on the abolition of the visa requirement for nationals of the

The AGREEMENT
between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of Yemen
the people's Democratic Republic on the abolition of the visa requirement for
nationals of Contracting States doing business
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Yemen Arab folk
the Democratic Republic of
Desiring to consolidate and further develop the friendly relations between the two
countries and create favorable conditions for the travel of its citizens
they agree on this:
Article 1
Citizens of one party who are holders of valid
diplomatic passports, can enter the territory of the other party for
the purpose of the temporary stay or transit and to leave it without a visa.
Article 2
1. the persons referred to in article 1 of this agreement may reside on the territory of the other
the contracting parties throughout their service allocation or stay.
2. The provisions of paragraph 1 shall also apply to family members (spouses,
spouses and minor children), living with the persons referred to in article 1

Article 3
The persons referred to in article 1 of this agreement may exceed the State border

Article 4
1. Nationals of one Contracting Party are during their stay on the territory of the other

Article 5
It will require extraordinary circumstances (epidemics, natural disasters

Article 6
Citizens of one party who lost his travel document to
the territory of the other Contracting Party, it shall immediately inform the competent
authority of that Contracting Party which issues the certificate of notification of the loss
the travel document. On the basis of this diplomatic mission shall issue a confirmation
or consular post of the citizens of their State, an emergency travel document.
Exit on an emergency travel document is governed by the legislation of a Contracting
the party in whose territory the loss of travel document has occurred.
Article 7
The national legislation of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and Yemen

Article 8
1. the Contracting Parties shall exchange through diplomatic channels of travel patterns
the documents referred to in the annex to this agreement and the information about their applicability.
2. In case of change of these travel documents, the Contracting Parties shall send to the
their new designs along with information about the applicability of these documents
through diplomatic channels, no later than 60 days prior to their introduction.
Article 9
1. this Agreement shall enter into force after the expiration of 60 days from the date of the exchange of
patterns of travel documents in accordance with article 8, paragraph 1, of this agreement, but not
earlier than after the expiry of 30 days from the date of its signature.
2. this agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and will remain in force 3
months from the date on which one of the Contracting Party in writing through diplomatic
the path terminates.
Due in Aden on 14 June 2005. September 1981, in two original copies, each in the
Czech language and Arabic languages, both texts being equally authentic.
