GOVERNMENT REGULATION



from day 1. December 2010,



amending Government Decree No. 197/2005 Coll., laying down conditions

the provision of grants for the implementation of the measures for improving general conditions

for the production and marketing of apiculture products on the market, as amended by

Government Regulation No. 285/2007 Sb.



The Government ordered pursuant to section 2b, paragraph 1. 2 of law No 249/1997 Coll., on

Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128/2003 Coll., Act No. 441/2005 Coll. and

Act No. 291/2009 Coll., and pursuant to section 1 (1). 3 of Act No. 256/2000 SB., about

The State agricultural intervention fund and amending certain other

laws (the law on the State agricultural intervention fund), as amended by

Act No. 441/2005 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 197/2005 Coll., on the determination of eligibility for grants

on the implementation of the measures for improving general conditions for the production

apiculture products and their placing on the market, as amended by regulation of the Government

No 285/2007 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 1, and in footnote 1, the words "European Community",

replaced by the words "European Union".



2. In footnote No. 2, the phrase "Council Regulation (EC) No 797/2004 of

on 26 April. April 2004 on measures improving general conditions for the

the production and marketing of apiculture products on the market. "is replaced by the phrase

"Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 March. October 2007 establishing a

5. In paragraph 4, at the end of paragraph 1, the period is replaced by a comma and the following

subparagraph (f)), which read as follows:

14. In paragraph 6 of paragraph 1 reads:

The amount of the subsidy assigned on measures under specified sections 4 to 8 of the Fund shall be published

"§ 10



The amount of subsidy for each of the measures



(1) the amount of subsidy for the measures referred to in paragraph 4 shall not exceed

Article. (II)



Transitional provision



Procedure for granting the subsidy initiated before the date of entry into force of this

Regulation and to this day hedge contingent exposures are completed and the rights and obligations with

the version in force until the date of entry into force of this regulation.
