GOVERNMENT REGULATION

outlining the Bird area the Hostýnské vrchy mountains



Government orders under section 45e para. 1 and 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the

nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 222/2004 Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) the Bird the Hostýnské vrchy mountains area (hereinafter referred to as "bird range").



(2) the subject of the protection of the bird's population are white areas

their habitats.



(3) the objective of the protection of the bird's range is the conservation and restoration of ecosystems

a favourable State of conservation.



§ 2



The definition of a bird area



(1) the bird area is situated on the territory of the Zlín region, the land registry

territories of Držková, Hošťálková, Chvalčov, Loukov u Bystřice pod Hostýnem,

Podhradní Lhota, Osíčka, Rajnochovice commands and Rusava.



(2) the territorial definition and description of the boundary of the bird area are contained in the

Annex 1 to this regulation, the indicative graphical representation of the bird
