144/2004 Coll. DECREE of 19 March 2004 amending Decree No. 55/1996 Coll., On requirements for ensuring occupational safety and health and safety at work using mining techniques in the underground, as amended by Decree No. 238/1998 Coll. Czech Mining Office determined under § 5 para. 3 and § 6. 6 point. and) Act No. 61/1988 Coll., on mining, explosives and the State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 542/1991 Coll.: Article and Decree No. 55/1996 Coll., on requirements to ensure the safety and occupational health and safety in the activities carried out using mining methods underground, as amended by Decree No. 238/1998 Coll., is amended as follows : 1. In section 1 para. 1, after the word "determined" the words "in accordance with European Community law ^ 1)." Footnote. 1A) reads: "1) Council Directive 92/104/EEC on the minimum requirements for improving the safety and health of workers in surface and underground mining industry." 2.
