144/2004 Coll. DECREE of 19 March 2004 amending Decree No. 55/1996 Coll., On requirements for ensuring occupational safety and health and safety at work using mining techniques in the underground, as amended by Decree No. 238/1998 Coll. Czech Mining Office determined under § 5 para. 3 and § 6. 6 point. and) Act No. 61/1988 Coll., on mining, explosives and the State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 542/1991 Coll.: Article and Decree No. 55/1996 Coll., on requirements to ensure the safety and occupational health and safety in the activities carried out using mining methods underground, as amended by Decree No. 238/1998 Coll., is amended as follows : 1. In section 1 para. 1, after the word "determined" the words "in accordance with European Community law ^ 1)." Footnote. 1A) reads: "1) Council Directive 92/104/EEC on the minimum requirements for improving the safety and health of workers in surface and underground mining industry." 2. In section 2 para. 1, at the end of the letter r) is replaced by a comma and letters) and t), as follows: "and the burden) of excessive weight an object whose mass is greater than 3000 kg, t) load oversize object in the transport or handling of the gap can not be maintained on the transport route specified in this Decree." 3. In § 97 para. 3 letter c) shall be deleted.
