amending Act No. 248/2000 Coll., on the promotion of regional development,

as amended



Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



Act No. 247/2000 Coll., on the promotion of regional development, as amended by law

No. 320/2002 Coll., Act No. 109/2006 Coll., Act No. 137/2006 Coll., and

Act No. 186/2006, is amended as follows:



1. In article 16(1). 1, letter a) is repealed.



Subparagraph (b)) to (h)) are known as letters a) to (g)).



2. in article 16, the following paragraph 6, including footnote # 6 g

added:



"(6) in the cohesion region Prague shall exercise the powers and scope of the

Article II
