amending Decree of the Ministry of Interior No 207/2001 Coll., which

performs the Act No. 301/2000 Coll., on the civil registry, the name and surname and amending

some related laws, as amended



Ministry of the Interior shall determine under section 96 of the Act No. 301/2000 Coll., on the

the civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain related laws,

as amended by law No. 165/2004 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No 207/2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301/2000 Coll., on the

389/2007 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In section 2, the following is inserted after point 13 paragraph 14, which reads as follows:
