for the purposes of pension insurance the amount of General

the calculation basis for the year 1995 and the amount of the conversion rate for

General adjustment calculation basis for the year 1995 and adjusted amounts

for determining the calculation basis



The Government directs pursuant to § 17 para. 2 and 4 and § 107 para. 2 of law No.

155/1995 Coll., on pension insurance:



§ 1



The above general assessment base for the year 1995 is $ 8172.



§ 2



The amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment

the basis for the year 1995 is 1.1978.



§ 3



The amount for determining the calculation basis referred to in section 15 of Act No.

155/1995 Coll. is adjusted as follows:



and the amount of $ 5000) will increase to $ 5600



(b)) the amounts of $ 10,000 increase on the 11 200 CZK.



§ 4



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 1997.
