on the definition of zones of protection of nature protected landscape area of the Bohemian Paradise



Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 27 para. 2 of law No.

114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by law No 218/2004

Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This Decree lays down the definition of the boundaries of the zones of nature protection (hereinafter referred to as

"the zone") on the territory of the protected landscape area of the Bohemian Paradise, "^ 1") that are

governed by a special law. ^ 2)



§ 2



Definition of zones



(1) the territory of the protected landscape area of the Bohemian Paradise is divided into zone I, II.

zone III. zone, and (IV). zone.



(2) Drawings of nature protection zones on the basis of the base maps of the United
